Auction4All is an online platform that enables streamers to run live auctions and allows viewers to place bids and pay for items securely.

How the Platform Works
Streamers list items and run auctions using the Auction4All system.
Bidders register with a payment method before bidding.
The highest bidder at the end of an auction is required to complete payment.
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Funds are first collected by Auction4All and then automatically transferred to the streamer after fees.
Auction4All acts as a platform provider and payment facilitator, not as the seller of goods.
Fees
Buyer Fees
Buyers agree to pay:
- A percentage buyer fee on top of the winning bid
- A fixed processing fee per transaction
These fees are clearly shown before payment is confirmed.
Streamer Fees
Streamers agree to pay a platform fee on successful auctions. The current streamer fee is displayed within the streamer dashboard.
Auction4All reserves the right to update fee structures with reasonable notice.
Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe.
Winners must complete payment promptly after an auction ends.
Failure to pay may result in account restrictions or bans.
Auction4All is not responsible for:
- Bank declines
- Card issuer restrictions
- 3D Secure verification requirements
Delivery & Postage
Streamers are responsible for fulfilling and delivering items to buyers.
If postage costs are set by the streamer, these will be added to the final total and shown before payment.
Auction4All is not responsible for shipping or delivery.
Refunds and Disputes
Auction4All is not the seller of items.
However, to protect buyers:
Buyers may report a streamer for non-delivery or misrepresentation.
Auction4All reserves the right to:
- Pause streamer payouts
- Hold funds
- Investigate disputes
- Issue refunds where appropriate
Any chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.
Streamer Responsibilities
Streamers agree that they must:
- Deliver the exact item promised
- Ship items in a reasonable timeframe
- Communicate honestly with buyers
- Not manipulate auctions or shill bid
- Follow all local laws and platform rules
Auction4All may suspend or terminate streamers who breach these responsibilities.
Bidding Rules
All bids are binding.
Placing a bid means you intend to pay if you win.
Fake bids, abuse, or harassment may result in bans.
Platform Conduct
Users must not:
- Use offensive or hateful usernames
- Attempt fraud
- Disrupt auctions
- Circumvent payment systems
Auction4All reserves the right to remove any user at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Auction4All provides the software platform only.
We are not responsible for:
- The quality or condition of items sold
- Delivery issues
- Disputes between buyers and streamers
- Losses caused by user actions
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Termination
Auction4All may suspend or terminate any account at any time for:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Chargebacks
- Breach of these terms
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
